Terms of Service

Effective: July 1, 2025

1. Introduction

By using PromptJuggler, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • access the Service using automated means in a way that burdens or damages the system;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, billing mechanisms, or technical restrictions;
  • reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to discover the underlying architecture of the Service;
  • use the Service to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
  • impersonate any person or organisation.

The Service allows you to connect to external providers (such as LLM APIs) using your own credentials. These providers are not our sub-processors – your data is sent to them based on your instructions, using your API keys, under your own agreement with them. You are solely responsible for:

  • complying with the terms, policies, and restrictions of those third-party providers;
  • the security and use of any API keys or credentials you supply;
  • any outputs or actions resulting from your configuration.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms

We offer both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Available plans, features, and limits are published on our website and may change over time.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Additional usage beyond included amounts may be billed separately.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. If a payment fails, we rely on their retry and notification process. If payment remains unsuccessful after the provider’s grace period, we may suspend or limit access to the Service.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all content you submit to or generate through the Service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and otherwise handle such content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the Service.

We do not use your content for model training, marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but occasional downtime or interruptions may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We may also introduce new features or update existing ones. Where changes materially affect the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if payments cannot be completed after the payment provider’s grace period.

We may also discontinue the Service entirely. If we do so, we will provide reasonable notice so that you can export or delete your data.

Upon account closure or termination, data is handled as described in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any specific promises about uptime, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption;
  • errors or issues caused by third‑party providers you use within the Service (such as external APIs or model providers).

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Hungary.

Data processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
